Evan's Patriots Night at USA Hockey

 Evan's baseball team had their first outing at the USA Hockey Arena for their U17 team.  It was a really fun night and I think Evan had an absolute blast, even though he was incredibly nervous leading up to the event.  We got there at 6pm and ordered dinner from CJ's Restaurant inside of the arena.  You could take a carry-out into the game.  The kids went around the arena and visited all the booths set up and played some fun games to win little prizes.  They also enjoyed watching the warm-ups and Sean even got a puck.  

After the first period, the boys got to go on a tour of the facility.  They saw where the kids had school, where they trained off-ice, and even got to go in the locker room.  

The third period was super exciting!  The USA team scored a couple of goals to really take the lead and celebrated right in front of our boys.  Our boys were so hyped up!  It was a blast to watch them cheer on team USA.  We got home just after 10pm, exhausted, but glad we went!
