We got lucky this Halloween with extremely mild temps and no rain for the first time in years! It was forecasted to be very windy and possibly rainy, but it wasn't. We kept our family tradition of going to Jackie's for Halloween dinner of chili and nachos. We took some group pictures and went our separate ways. This year Sean and Evan both wanted inflatable costumes, which were fun in theory, but quite difficult to run and trick or treat in.
I snuck a picture of Luna in her ice cream sundae costume and it sounds like she enjoyed going out with Scott and Sean.
We had carved pumpkins with Scott's family earlier in October to celebrate my birthday and Sean's, but those rotted pretty quickly so we re-did a pumpkin carving night just us with Hocus Pocus on in the background.
After fall sports wrapped up, we enjoyed a mild night walking around downtown Plymouth looking at all the scarecrows decorated for Halloween. This year they even had one that was like Mr. Potato Head that you could swap the pieces out. We decorated for Halloween, cooked some spooky meals, and did some crafts and puzzles. It's always a fun month!
Happy Halloween!
