Well, the much anticipated t-ball season is here! This past Tuesday night, Sean had his first practice with Scott as the coach and his cousin Adelaide on the team.
And holy moly! I blinked and he suddenly is 5 going on 12. I swear, he looks so grown up in the picture.
The kids all did great! Scott was able to run practice for a solid hour and could have easily gone longer since the girls were due up to bat. The parents were all very nice and sociable on the bleachers.
Evan enjoyed himself playing on the field. And by playing I mean playing in the dirt and gravel. Everyone was filthy coming home!
Even Sean needed to take a break to fill his mitt with dirt. Boys will be boys...
I'm excited to see how the team does at their first game next week! They'll look so cute in their jerseys and hats! For now, the tough decision is what their team name will be. Red sox? Red sharks? Red thunderbolts?
