After coming home from Spring Break and getting Easter behind us, things picked up speed with sports and spring activities.
Both kids had random germs that let them each stay home from school for a day and merited a doctor's visit. Thankfully it wasn't anything serious.
We had our first trip to Dairy King.
I won a $300 Meemic Grant at work! They brought me a delicious cake from Busch's Market to share with coworkers and some balloons. I'm excited to buy some new curriculum on TpT.
We celebrated the Tiger's Opening Day at work with hot dogs, chips, and dessert!
We welcomed our newest nephew, Nikola to the family!
We enjoyed sunny weather and warmer temps that allowed for spring sports to kick off outside.
Which means, we had to watch The Sandlot and A League of their Own for movie nights!
Evan and I took a bike ride on Hines to our favorite spots to look for ducks when he was sick and unable to attend a family birthday party. We caught a beautiful sunset and saw ducks! Success.
We popped into the Artisan Market in downtown to decorate some slices of trees for an art project they're making and to buy some amazing cookies after Sean's soccer game.
More movie nights and we splurged on Bally Sports for the year to see all the Tiger's games.
The boys made a fort in Sean's room and have been sleeping in there for over 2 weeks now.
