Favorite Toys/Activities:
- Dancing! He's always bopped his head or bounced up and down as dancing, but lately he's gotten into interpretive dancing and it's pretty entertaining. He'll circle around and then gracefully throw himself down on his side with his arms and legs pointed. I think Scott's concerned he may have a ballerina boy...lol.
- Getting dizzy! He loves to run around in circles until he falls over. Then he gets up and tries it again, not realizing he's still dizzy from the last spin. He thinks this is all hilarious and loves to do this in his diaper before bath time.
- Books about Clifford, cars, trains, or other dogs. We checked out other books too for a variety and he says, "No" to all of those books when I start to read them.
- Puppets. I love that we can check these out from the library to read along with his books. And I got out an old bath puppet I got as a gift a long time ago that's a monkey and he loves when we sit on the side of the tub and play with the monkey puppet.
- Blocks. He's really getting into stacking the blocks and then taking a big swing to knock them over. And he also thinks it's entertaining to dump the entire bag of Mega Blocks on to the living room floor.
- Outdoors! He loves to go outside and play in the backyard with a basketball. He just runs and runs. In fact, you can't say that word to the dog anymore without him overhearing it and going to get his coat while whining. This summer is going to be fun!
- Strawberries with a tiny bit of sugar on them.
- String cheese.
- Turkey and cheese sandwiches.
- Croutons.
- Any other carb that exists. He's definitely my child.

- Transitioning to 24 month clothes as soon as the weather stays warm. I refuse to buy 24 months in long pants or long sleeves even though he probably needs them right now.
- Size 5 light up shoes and crocs!
- Size 4 diaper and medium in a swim diaper.
- Close to 24 lbs., 33 inches tall!
Last weekend, we were playing with his play kitchen and I pretended the phone was ringing, so he answered the phone, said "Hello - (He-wo)" and continued to babble for a second. He set the phone on the counter of the play kitchen and went to play with his cars. A minute later I told him to go hang up the phone, so he picked it up, said "bye-bye", and hung it up. It was amazing.
He started swim classes again this month and loves the water!! AND, the most exciting part of all, is that I think the biting has stopped. ::Knocks on wood real hard:: He cut the four canines all at once and had an ear infection and since then, he's been an angel at daycare and at home. A few swings like he's swatting at my face, but hey! I'll take that over biting any day. I'm so happy!
This was so delightful to read. That's Grandma's Little Man . . . growing up fast now!
